Graduated from Mackenzie University Law School in São Paulo, he has specializations in Copyright from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP) and in Web Marketing from the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM) and an MBA from the University of São Paulo USP in Administration and Innovation.
works with the music industry group in Brazil (APDIF Brasil – Association for the Protection of Phonographic Intellectual Rights in Brazil) in the implementation of its anti-piracy unit; he is the Regional Coordinator of Content Protection and Enforcement for Latin America for the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) and also legal counsel for the Entertainment Software Association (The ESA) for content protection and anti-piracy issues.
He has over 15 years of experience as a speaker and regularly teaches training sessions on cybercrime investigations with law enforcement agencies and police in Brazil and Latin America.

Edson Atuati
Graduated in Law from Faculdade Metropolitana Unidas (FMU), he has specialization in multiple areas of Law: Tax, Family, Civil Law and Civil Procedure; with extensive experience in expropriations and litigation in the Public Treasury sector.
Due to these more than 30 years of experience, Edson Atuati has deep knowledge and expertise in processes in progress in the Superior Courts, among other complex litigations.
Edson Atuati is also founder and professor of Curso para Advogados Iniciantes at Escola Superior de Advocacia. He is a member of the Fiscal Council of FADA – Fundação Mercedes de Andrade Martins and a member of the Board of Directors of APF – Associação Paulista de Fundações.
